All VCNS memberships support the preservation and sharing of Virginia’s river and canal history. Members receive our annual publication, The Tiller, and the members-only newsletter, The Sweep. They also receive a 20% discount on VCNS publications and opportunities to join Society meetings, field trips, workshops, and historic-site visits. All membership levels except Student include voting rights at the annual membership meeting.
